Despatch and Delivery Time

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email-confirmation giving details of what you have ordered. It will also give you an estimated date of despatch for your order. If it’s not right-then please email [email protected] so that we can put it right for you. Your order will then be sent to our despatch centre, and despatched to you, normally within 1-3 working days (please note, a working day is Monday to Friday, not counting Saturday, Sunday or bank/public holidays). Once your order has been despatched, we will e-mail you your tracking number, so you can check on the progress of your delivery (according to the service you have chosen).

Please note, in exceptional circumstances during busy Flash Sale periods, the despatch time could be as much as 5 working days. If you need it any sooner, please make a note in the special comments box at the checkout and we’ll do our best to help.

Orders going to the EU may take a little bit longer to reach our Dutch Distributor from the UK, due unavoidable extra customs checks. Which in turn could further delay the delivery to you(i.e. a little longer than the times mentioned here.) Rest assured we are doing our utmost to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

While we will endeavour to despatch your order within a given time, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, since we have no control over national or international postage/courier services.

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges are based on Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For Delivery in the UK, and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery for the rest of the world. The price is calculated according to the size, weight, value and destination of the consignment. We can ship your order to anywhere in the world. For a faster and more reliable delivery you may also opt for courier service, please see details below.

Signed-for Delivery

When your order is delivered, it has to be signed for when you receive it. If the postman delivers when you are out, then your order will usually be taken to your local sorting office, and you will be left a note that it is there for you to collect. We cannot be held responsible if you don't collect your order from the post office. Arrangements for collection may vary from country to country.

Courier Service

If you need your order delivering fast, or prefer not to trust the post, then we can arrange to send your goods by courier - extra costs might apply, but in some circumstances, the courier option could even be cheaper depending on the size of the parcel and the destination. We will send your order by one of our selected couriers such as UPS, DHL,APC or FEDEX. European customers should receive their items within 1-2 days from the date we despatch your order and rest of world customers within 3-4 days (depending on where you live).

Please note that we do not arrange delivery on customers' behalf using customers' own courier accounts.

Returns and Refunds

LatexEXPRESS items may be returned to us for any reason for a size exchange (if applicable) or a refund within 7 days of you receiving your order. To exchange or return any LatexEXPRESS item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept items that have been damaged through improper handling or use. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn, other than tried on. Unworn items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a size exchange or a full refund if they are in their original condition. We are unable to exchange items that have been altered, chlorinated or treated in any way. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR OWN PRODUCTS TO POLISH/LUBRICATE THE GARMENTS BEFORE YOU HAVE TRIED THEM ON FIRST.

Returning Goods

Please contact us first before returning items. We strongly advise you to use Registered Post or Signed-For Delivery or equivalent, as we cannot exchange your garments if they get lost in the post. Unless you are returning goods to us which are faulty or not what you ordered, then you must pay the cost of postage. When returning goods from outside the EU, please indicate clearly on your customs declaration that the goods are being returned for repair or refund / exchange, otherwise duty may be payable. Goods with incorrect customs declarations will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so, but you must tell us within 7 days of placing it. If the goods have already been despatched, then you must return them to us at your own expense. The same applies if you wish to make a change to your order after placing it – please note this will be by a case by case basis only. We will only be able to change your order (if possible) before it has been dispatched. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory UK rights.
